Jurassic Park was released in 1993 when I was 10 years old. I walked out of that theater mind blown at the practical and digital effects. Later when I learned professional artists and craftsman worked behind the scenes - I was hooked. This began my quest to learn their methods.

Around 2001 in the early days of online message boards I found a community of artists who shared my love of film, creature effects and the artistry behind it. The Hunter’s Lair, a breeding ground for me to exchange ideas, methods and cut my teeth. It has been an incredible journey of learning and discovery ever since.

The art pieces on this site are hand crafted with traditional methods of drawing, clay sculpture, mold making and casting methods. I’ve been making masks, costumes, and movie-related props on and off again since 2001.

There is no 3D modeling or printing in my studio as of yet, I do not offer that as a service.

Thank you for supporting my work and helping me live out this lifelong passion.
