Jurassic Park was released in 1993 when I was 10 years old. I walked out of that theater truly believing dinosaurs were still alive on some remote island. Little did I know that movie FX artists were working behind the scenes making magic on film.
Stan Winston’s studio created some of the most incredible creatures ever put on film. The moment I discovered that artists and craftsmen were responsible for bringing those “monsters” to life, I was hooked. My obsession with “behind-the-scenes” content led me—on the early days of the internet—to discover The Hunter’s Lair, an online forum filled with artists and fans who shared my passion for creature special effects.
It’s been an incredible journey of learning and discovery ever since.
The pieces I create today are a direct result of the passion that ignited as a 10 years old boy. I’ve been making masks, costumes, and movie-related props since 2001.
All works on this page are hand made, sculpted from clay, molded and cast in resin/rubbers. There is no 3D modeling or printing in my studio as of yet, I do not offer that as a service.
Thank you for supporting my work and helping me live out this lifelong passion.
