Lineage traced back to the original mold from Stan Winston Studios. The story of this particular helmet began with a request from actor Richard Chaves (Poncho) and Bill Duke (Mac) to build and present two helmets as gifts for their reunion. I had a single (rough) copy taken from the Winston shop mold and roughly 3 weeks to refurbish/duplicate two exact helmets for their reunion held at Chiller Expo in Parsippany, NJ 2024.
With many a long night I was able to complete them in time and present them personally to Bill and Richard. Go support them at your local Con events! Great guys.
Finished Helmet Details: Resin cast Cosplay or display Tinted lenses LED’s wired to a 12v battery & switch Painted custom or to match the film
